5 MUST-TRY KOREAN CAFÉS FROM YOUR FAVORITE K-DRAMAS




Koreanovelas are starting to proliferate the country alongside with Hollywood movies. That being said, it is no doubt that millenilals are going crazy about the "Koreanovela" hits. Whether they watch it in Tagalog-dubbed on National TV or have it either streamed or downloaded from the web. If you're an avid fan of korean dramas, i'm sure you didnt overlook those cute and cozy café locations. Wonder where to find these cafés? Check these five food places from your favorite Korean dramas that will make you go to Korea.

1. dal.komm Coffee - Descendants of the Sun


Remember the You're-a-Soldier-I'm-a-Doctor scene from episode 2? It was when Dr. Kang (Song Hye-Kyo) and Big Boss (Song Joong-Ki) had their first serious talk regarding the difference in their profession. It was just one of the memorable scenes from the hit Korean drama Descendants of the Sun that was shot in dal.komm Coffee. It is located at Level 1, Central Park Prugio, 23-5 Songdo-dong, Yeonsu District, Incheon, Korea. Its specialty is Arabica bean brews made with different blends. You may also like to unwind with their non-coffee beverages such as teas and juices. And for those who have a sweet tooth, you can chill out with their luscious ice creams, sherbets and indulge yourself with their delectable pastries

2. Mango Six Coffee & Dessert - The Heirs


Eun-Sang (Park Shin-Hye), the female lead from the drama The Heirs used to work in this café. This place reminds us all the “kilig” moments between her and Kim Tan (Lee Min-Ho) every time the latter visits this coffee shop just to see her. You can order espresso, americano, café latte, different juices and bubble tea from here. It is located at 891-46, Daechi-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, South Korea.

3. The Fab - Healer


It appeared as "Coffee Bay" in the drama entitled “Healer” where Young-Shin (Park Min-Young) and her dad live. The Fab is a café and design store located at 247-9 Seoul, South Korea. Savor your taste buds with one of their bestsellers which is the Sweet Ginger Peach Black Tea.

4. Hakrim Coffee - My Love from the Star


Hakrim Coffee is the oldest café in Seoul. The scene where Do Min-Joon (Kim Soo-Hyun) had a meeting with Lawyer Jang (Kim Chang-Wan) was shot in this place. This vintage café can be found at 94-2, Myeongnyun 4-ga, Jongno-gu, Seoul. If you have a chance to go there, you may try and be fully loaded with their famous menu -- Ice cream cheesecake with both type of jam choices. They are open from 10:00 in the morning 'til 12:00 in the midnight.

5. Sulbing Korean Dessert Café - Pinocchio


Sulbing is a famous Korean dessert café in South Korea. This café is renowned for their bingsu, a Korean dessert which is made of shaved ice, milk and different toppings such as fruits and cheese cake. But in this place, they use frozen milk instead of shaved ice. In the drama Pinocchio, Choi Dal-Po (Lee Jong-Suk) ordered a Premium Strawberry Sulbing.  As luscious as it is, your sweet cravings wil be triggered by this unique specialty. One of its franchises can be found at Sillim-dong, Gwanak District, Seoul 1432-7.
